RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — A young dog that had been muzzled and wandering the streets of Rancho Santa Margarita for three days was safely captured by Mission Viejo Animal Services officers Wednesday. The dog, named "Robinson" by Mission Viejo Animal Services staff after the area he was captured in, is currently undergoing medical evaluation and treatment at a local veterinarian.
