RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA – It had not happened since before the players were born. Santa Margarita beat Mater Dei 65-57 on Friday in a Trinity League boys basketball game at Santa Margarita. It was the Eagles' first win over the Monarchs on the basketball court since 2004.
